Recipe for super low cal chicken soup!
What you need:
- Two to four chicken bouillon cubes (I use the Wyler's brand)
- Boiling water-- one cup boiling water to every one bouillon cube
- One boiled/broiled chicken breast.
Directions:
- Crush up the bouillon cubes and add to boiling water
- Cut up the chicken breast into really small chunks, making sure to cut off ALL fat (you may only use half of a chicken breast)
- Add chicken to the boiling soup
- Take the soup off of the heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Enjoy!
Calories: 100-150 :D
----NOTE----
You can add salt or pepper to the soup if you want since these each have no calories.
