I sometimes eat this yogurt for luch/dinner. It fills me up and low cal!!
What you need:
- Half cup fat free Greek yogurt (65 calories)
- 1/4 cup strawberries (13 calories)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (20 calories)
Total: 98 calories
Directions:
- Mix the fruit and yogurt together in a small bowl
- Have a guilt free meal :)
