Just some advice :*

Girls, have you guys heard the Abercrombie & Fitch CEO's comments? Well here they are:

  • “We hire good-looking people in our stores. Because good-looking people attract other good-looking people, and we want to market to cool, good-looking people. We don't market to anyone other than that.”
  • "In every school there are the cool and popular kids, and then there are the not-so-cool kids," he says. "Candidly, we go after the cool kids. We go after the attractive all-American kid with a great attitude and a lot of friends. A lot of people don't belong [in our clothes], and they can't belong. Are we exclusionary? Absolutely. Those companies that are in trouble are trying to target everybody: young, old, fat, skinny. But then you become totally vanilla. You don't alienate anybody, but you don't excite anybody, either."

Wouldn't you guys love to be able to fit into Abercrombie & Fitch clothes? Without overflowing fat? And wouldn't you want to walk into an A&F store and have people stare at you because you're beautiful, not FAT? Well, next time you want to eat… DON'T!

More before and after, girls! 10 days!!

I know she's not skinny, but in just 30 days she achieved this with the lemonade juice and water diet I posted

Some thinspo :) Ana Strong!

  • Don't slouch, try to sit up straight ~ you burn more calories and tighten your tummy that way.
  •  Dress accordingly when you are thin you should be carrying something with you to keep from shaking. Family and friends get worried if your cold and they are not.
  •  Lack of sleep stimulates your appetite. It is proven that most people who sleep at least 6 hours a day lose more weight and are less hungry
  • Spicy foods boost the metabolism.
  •  Eat negative cal foods/Fat Burning Foods
  •  Eat lots of celery. Celery is filled with water and because it is chewy it burns more calories than most non caloric foods.
  • Peppermints or peppermint teas are a great appetite suppressants

No Calorie Lemonade

This is a recipe for no calorie--yes you read that correctly-- NO calorie lemonade!!

                                                             What you need:

  • Water
  • Lemon juice (I use Walmart brand lemon juice)
  • Stevia (NEVER USE SPLENDA! Stevia is a no calorie sweetener just like Splenda but doesn't have the harmful effects of it. Really, Google aspartame/Splenda.)

                                                                Directions:

  1. Fill a cup about 3/4 the way up with water
  2. Add a little bit of lemon juice at a time until it reaches a good taste for you.
  3. Add 1-2 packets of Stevia into the mix and stir

                                                           ---------Tip--------
Sometimes, I make this lemonade into ice cubes so when I add ice to the drink, it doesn't water it down.

If you go on a detox for a few days and only drink this (no eating or drinking anything else), you lose a lot of weight due to no calories (duh lol) and the effects of lemon juice.
