Back....... again
6 weeks ago, I decided to make a decision. I would eat healthy. I decided to go on a 600 calorie diet (3.5x as much as my usual). So far, I've lost 35 pounds. I've lasted longer on this diet than I'd ever had starving myself. I still use ana recipes. I will still post recipes and thinspo. I don't starve. I won't starve. I will continue to lose weight.

I'm Back!!
Wow. My last post was in February?! What??!!
Really sorry I haven't been active. I've been so busy with helping my sister plan her wedding (yay for her!! :D). Anyways, planning is slowing down and I'll have more time to post. And it's summer so that means my days are a lot free-er (is that even a word??). One of my readers suggested that I make an Instagram account for thinspo/encouragement. Why didn't I think of this sooner?? I'll be making one soon and I'll post about it on here.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I recently found those 100 calorie packs of cookies/cheez-its at Wal-Mart and I immediately fell in love! If I eat them slowly, they fill me up so fast! Think about it, if you had one for each meal every day, that's only 300 cals per day! Pretty darn good is you ask me! :)

About Me
For fear of being found out, I'll always post anonomously. I'm K. I'm 5'9" tall and I weigh 230 pounds. I used to weigh 255 pounds. My low weight is 120 pounds. My high weight is 255. My Ultimate Goal Weight is 115 pounds. I'm in love with thinspo, fasting, and hunger. I will get to my goal weight. So can you.

Friday Liquid Fast
Only have: water, diet pop, diet tea, sugarfree gum. This does not only apply to Fridays. Do this EVERY day!

Crap :(
I failed. I lasted until about 4pm yesterday. Then I ate. I ate a Hot Pocket (yes, again) this morning with a bowl of Raisin Bran. I got a stationary bike today. I'm going to be on that all day. My best friend (5'8" and 120 pounds) is going to do this with me. I'm 5'9" and 230 pounds (yes, I know it's gross). I was 255 before Christmas so that's good. I won't stop until I weigh 115. It's a good thing I have a friend of the same height and who's my goal weight so I can see what I would look like at my goal. According to this Calorie Calculator, I should be at my goal weight by July 11th this year. I'll add a week or so because I will binge and I will plateau. So let's say July 20th this year. I'm so excited!! My best friend (let's call her H) is going to help me. H is my best friend ever and she would never tell anyone about this. My sister went Ana a couple years ago and she's still skinny (even after a pregnancy). I'm going to wear my sister's (let's call my sister S) semi formal dress next year. It's soooooo cute! I cannot wait until this is all over with!

Hey, girls!
Ok, so I'm SUPER excited! This is how my week has gone so far:
- Saturday- Around 5:30, I went to Applebee's with my sister. I had the shrimp and french fries entree. After 7, I didn't eat anything.
- Sunday- I didn't eat any food at all. I had diet Pepsi and sugarfree gum all day.
- Monday- Same as Sunday, except I had a gallon of diet cranberry juice (40 cals. total)
- Tuesday- Same as above.
- Wednesday- Bad Day. It was all good until noon-ish. I binged and had 3 hot Pockets, half a peanut butter sandwich, and 3-4 granola bars. I purged it all up. Then, about 15 min. later, I had a lot of ground hamburger smothered in ketchup, 2 1/2 nacho cheese taco shells, 3-4 more granola bars, and a bowl of cereal. For dinner, I had 2 more Hot Pockets, and some 2% milk. Gross.
- Thursday (today)- Haven't at all day. I had two chicken bouillon cubes (10 total cals.) and some diet pepsi. I've had to look up thinspo and pro ana blogs to get me through the morning. After a day of fasting, everything is sooooo much easier.

After the Holidays Fasting Tips
Okay, so you lost control over the holidays. You just couldn't say no to that pie, or that green bean casserole, or those little chocolate buckeyes. That's okay. I couldn't say no, either. You just need to make up for it. Big time. Follow these tips to ease hunger pains and fast longer than ever!!!

- Drink plenty of water. Your body mistakes dehydration for hunger a lot.
- Get enough sleep. 8 hours or more every night increases your metabolism and gives you more energy.
- If you can't sleep, eat ONE cracker and a dose of sleeping pills. Only use this in emergency situations.
- Don't have mood swings. This just gets you stressed out, and you family will start to wonder what's going on, and may start asking questions. You do not want that!
- Wear baggy/loose clothes. It's winter, so no one with question it.
- HAVE FUN!!!! It's winter and you just need to relax!!
