Ok, so I'm SUPER excited! This is how my week has gone so far:
- Saturday- Around 5:30, I went to Applebee's with my sister. I had the shrimp and french fries entree. After 7, I didn't eat anything.
- Sunday- I didn't eat any food at all. I had diet Pepsi and sugarfree gum all day.
- Monday- Same as Sunday, except I had a gallon of diet cranberry juice (40 cals. total)
- Tuesday- Same as above.
- Wednesday- Bad Day. It was all good until noon-ish. I binged and had 3 hot Pockets, half a peanut butter sandwich, and 3-4 granola bars. I purged it all up. Then, about 15 min. later, I had a lot of ground hamburger smothered in ketchup, 2 1/2 nacho cheese taco shells, 3-4 more granola bars, and a bowl of cereal. For dinner, I had 2 more Hot Pockets, and some 2% milk. Gross.
- Thursday (today)- Haven't at all day. I had two chicken bouillon cubes (10 total cals.) and some diet pepsi. I've had to look up thinspo and pro ana blogs to get me through the morning. After a day of fasting, everything is sooooo much easier.
