After the Holidays Fasting Tips
Okay, so you lost control over the holidays. You just couldn't say no to that pie, or that green bean casserole, or those little chocolate buckeyes. That's okay. I couldn't say no, either. You just need to make up for it. Big time. Follow these tips to ease hunger pains and fast longer than ever!!!

- Drink plenty of water. Your body mistakes dehydration for hunger a lot.
- Get enough sleep. 8 hours or more every night increases your metabolism and gives you more energy.
- If you can't sleep, eat ONE cracker and a dose of sleeping pills. Only use this in emergency situations.
- Don't have mood swings. This just gets you stressed out, and you family will start to wonder what's going on, and may start asking questions. You do not want that!
- Wear baggy/loose clothes. It's winter, so no one with question it.
- HAVE FUN!!!! It's winter and you just need to relax!!
